Michael Krumper
FOUNDER & C.E.O.
Michael Krumper has held senior marketing positions at labels including Atlantic, Razor & Tie & the Mercury Label Group, and was GM of Artemis Records. At Gold Mountain, Krumper managed Robyn Hitchcock and Marshall Crenshaw. At Atlantic, he handled A&R for Everything But The Girl, commissioning the #1 charting remix of “Missing” and subsequently re-signing the group, as well as bringing Matador (Pavement, Liz Phair) and Beggars Banquet (Peter Murphy, The Charlatans) to the label. At Artemis, Krumper handled A&R for Warren Zevon’s releases as well as a tribute to Zevon after his passing. Marketing campaigns he’s most proud of: Lucinda Williams’ Car Wheels on a Gravel Road, Elvis Costello & Burt Bacharach’s “Painted from Memory”, the sports marketing and direct response advertising that helped break the Baha Men’s “Who Let the Dogs Out”, and the many Lemonheads and Steve Earle releases he worked on. Joe Sivick
GENERAL MANAGER
Joe Sivick is the General Manager of Missing Piece Group and has been with the company since 2012. Joe was raised outside of Philadelphia, PA and attended Temple University where he studied music production & marketing. He has helmed publicity campaigns for clients such as Amazon Music, Ashley Monroe, Dan Wilson/Semisonic, Hailey Whitters, Keb’ Mo’, Low Cut Connie, Marty Stuart, Old Crow Medicine Show, Petey, Tom Jones and many more. Joe knows everything there is to know about fine sandwiches, and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
John Hammond
HEAD OF MARKETING & DIGITAL STRATEGY
John is a veteran marketing and digital strategist - and heads up Marketing and Digital Services for the agency. In this role he has managed album campaigns for a range of artists and labels including Ashley Monroe, Halsey, Belly, Ben Watt, Jon Batiste, Rosanne Cash, and many more. Prior to MPG John led digital and marketing efforts for Sony BMG, Wind-up Records, TVT Records, and Rykodisc, pioneering such techniques as band widgets, social networking in music, user-generated content and direct-to-fan marketing. Erik Andersen
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PUBLICITY
Erik is the Senior Director of Publicity at Missing Piece Group and joined the company in 2013. He leads full publicity campaigns for a variety of MPG clients. A native of the southeast coast of Massachusetts, Erik attended Northeastern University in Boston and soon after relocated to NYC. One of his first music memories is listening to the oldies channel while riding around in his dad’s 1970-something Thunderbird. He's been an avid music nerd ever since. He’s a musician in his spare time and also enjoys traveling, cooking, craft beer, and hiking. He’s the #1 advocate for all things Astoria, Queens where he currently resides. Brett Loeb

Brett Loeb is a Publicity and Marketing Director at Missing Piece, and the Label Manager for Missing Piece Records. Brett started at Missing Piece as an intern, then joined the team full-time after graduating Drexel University’s Music Industry Program in 2014. At Missing Piece he’s worked with artists including Christian Scott aTunde Adjuah, GoGo Penguin, Robert Glasper, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, Lupe Fiasco, Black Violin, Another Sky, and the Jersey City music venue White Eagle Hall.
Michelle Steele
DIRECTOR OF PUBLICITY - Nashville
Michelle Steele heads Missing Piece Group’s Nashville branch. Born in Germany but raised in Nashville, she attended fashion school in New York City before realizing how much she missed music. After graduation, she moved back to her hometown to work at Creative Artists Agency and later landed a position at All Eyes Media. She's worked with a wide-ranging list of clients, including The Black Opry, Caitlin Rose, Giovannie & The Hired Guns, H.C. McEntire, Kate Nash, The Jayhawks, Leslie Jordan, Lucero, Old Crow Medicine Show, The Vaccines, WXPN and more. In her spare time, Michelle is a drummer in a terrible punk band, and she still thinks Diarrhea Planet is the greatest band of our time.
Sonny Bailey-Lemansky
After graduating Rutgers Business School in 2016, Sonny decided to pursue a career he would actually enjoy and found Missing Piece, joining the team as an intern, soon to be hired full-time as a publicist. Born in Nashville to two music-obsessed parents working in the industry who raised him religiously on The Beatles, Sonny has music in his blood. After moving to North Jersey, he began finding his own passion for music playing drums and guitar since elementary school. Still an amateur musician to this day, Sonny also spends his time watching soccer, going to shows, and building shelters for his stray cats.
Michelle Gutenstein-Hinz
Michelle joined Missing Piece's publicity team with 2013’s CBGB Music Festival, but actually started her career in the 90’s at Warner Bros. Records. Over the years, Michelle has worked with a diverse group of artists in a wide range of genres. After rising through the ranks in the publicity departments of such varied labels as EMI/Chrysalis/SBK, (Def) American, and Elektra Records, Michelle took a short break from her career as Senior Director of National Media Relations at Elektra to focus on her young children. Michelle has crafted publicity campaigns for performing artists both great and striving for greatness. She has run campaigns for music festivals, art galleries, non profits, both film and television soundtracks and scores with Sony Pictures, Warner Bros. Pictures, Miramax, Fox, and New Line, to name a few. She has also played an integral part in organizing high profile events such as Grammy Award parties, film screenings and movie premieres, album launches and listening events. Michelle brings dedication and passion for music and creatives, helping them succeed by crafting the right message and communicating it strategically, creatively, and persistently for measurable impact. Her other loves are her rescue Schnauzer-mix, Walt, her drummer husband and crazy kids. Think Bob's Burgers….just without the burgers.
Jessica Korver
Jessica is a Nashville-based Marketing Manager at Missing Piece Group. She is originally from Tampa, Florida, and graduated from Florida Southern College with a degree in Music Management in 2020. Prior to Missing Piece, Jessica worked with a variety of artists on social media campaigns, and found a passion for helping to share music with potential fans (as well as finding a TikTok addiction). In her free time, she researches Taylor Swift conspiracy theories, reads, and spoils her dog.
Bryan Ros
Bryan is a publicist based in Nashville. Originally from South Florida and raised in Music City, PR quickly became a clear path during his studies at Middle Tennessee State University where he graduated with a B.S. in Public Relations in the Recording Industry. For over five years, he headed PR at the Americana Music Association where he also managed press for AmericanaFest, the annual SXSW-style roots music festival. Serving artists directly had always been the end goal and after freelancing for a couple of years during his time at AMA, he found a home at Missing Piece. Bryan is a new music junkie and watches way too much TV in his spare time, the latter being a habit he’s “working on but doubt will change.”
Bobby Crane
Bobby is a member of the Nashville publicity team. He was born and raised in New Orleans (the greatest city in the world) and graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in mass communication and a concentration in public relations. Previously, Bobby was a junior publicist at All Eyes Media, working on national and tour press campaigns for artists like Hiss Golden Messenger, Paul Cauthen, Widespread Panic and Lucinda Williams, and an account manager at Ellie Rand Public Relations, where he spearheaded the press efforts for popular New Orleans music festival Bayou Boogaloo. Bobby is a pop culture aficionado and thinks loving Lady Gaga and the Grateful Dead shouldn’t be mutually exclusive.
Kyle Payne
Kyle is a New York-based Digital Marketing Coordinator at Missing Piece Group. He is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, and graduated from Loyola University of New Orleans with a degree in Music Business in 2019. After graduating, he decided to pursue his passion for music by helping other artists tap into their full potential through today’s digital landscape. Prior to Missing Piece, Kyle worked with a variety of artists, including Big Freedia, Steve Earle, and The Waterboys. His most recent role involved managing the social media campaign and label distribution for Amy Irving’s debut album. In his free time, he scours Twitter (X) for any news on upcoming music from Nicki Minaj, and collects physical movie releases (anxiously awaiting the day streaming services remove his favorite movies).
Zach Delphais
Zach is a publicist on the Missing Piece Group team. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Zach graduated from Temple University with a degree in marketing. His journey in music began as a member of the marketing and promotions team at 93.3 WMMR, the longest running rock radio station in the country. He also spent time in the children's consumer products industry, where he collaborated with some of the biggest brands in entertainment, including Disney, Paramount, Universal Studios, and Warner Bros, before arriving at Missing Piece. In his free time, you can find Zach attending concerts, spending time at the Jersey Shore, or on the field with his beer league softball team.
